The Restricted Text web part can be added into any Modern web page on SharePoint Online and allow you to create different texts that will be visible or not depending on users on the platform, according to permission criteria that you define. Component allow you to choose:

• Permission level: for example users with read access, write access or full control, etc…
• SharePoint group
